Gentle Scottish voice - ‘It’s like velvet!’
You know how it is...
You’re in your creative space. It’s your time to be absorbed by your art. But your mind is distracted by your to-do list… or what’s in the fridge for dinner.
You Insta-scroll for inspiration. But how can your ‘messy middle’ EVER compare to their polished pieces?
Your art makes it out into the world. But you brace yourself for the disapproval from that ’one’ person who just doesn’t get it.
Or you dream of making art that’s free and expressive. But it feels tight and laboured and looks nothing like the vision in your head.
Art-making should be joyful and life-affirming. But boy, can it test your focus, resilience and self-worth!
And beginner or life-long artist. You’d have to be made of stone to never waver in your creative confidence.
If only there were a way to create with more freedom, less fear and a whole lot more joy!
There is. It’s Indigoflow.
Creative confidence on tap
I created Indigoflow to help you feel calm, focused, creatively alive and deeply in love with your art.

It really is like a reset button! And the best thing is – it all feels so effortless.’

Yes it can! We all have thoughts that pop up in our minds – and let’s be honest, a lot of them don’t help. Your unconscious grabs hold of those thoughts as if they’re true, and before you know it, there are fears, doubts, and little blocks getting in the way of your natural creativity.
The Guided Meditations and Breathing Spaces aren’t just nice, relaxing listens – they’re worded in a way that sneaks past the resistance and helps you build new, healthier patterns, so you can make art from a place of freedom and self-belief.
And if you pop on a pair of headphones and listen to the Soundscapes while you work, they’ll help you drop into that flow state (the zone) where you stop second-guessing and just let the inspiration move through you.
-
The Guided Meditations are $16 (approx £12) each for lifetime access.
Or purchase lifetime access to the Complete Collection of Guided Meditations, Breathing Spaces, Soundscapes, Insights and Prompts for $64 (approx £48).

Indigoflow recordings are deliberately short so they don’t take time away from your art practice.
Each Breathing Space comes in 3 lengths with the shortest just 3 minutes long.
The Guided Meditations are longer at about 20 minutes. But when you listen on a regular basis and are rewarded with more focus, more motivation and more productivity you will realise its worth the investment of time.
The Soundscapes you play as you work so they are on a loop!

All artists, no matter their level, deal with doubts, fears, and creative blocks. So yes – whatever kind of art you make, you’ll get something from using Indigoflow.
That said, Indigoflow was created with visual artists in mind. A few recordings are specific to that kind of work, and you’ll see them clearly marked as such.
-
Like most things in personal growth, the benefits come from repetition. The recordings on Indigoflow are designed to support your art practice, not take you away from it, so they’re deliberately short.
Even just a few minutes of listening, regularly, can make a big difference to how you feel about yourself as an artist – and about the art you create. Many artists have made Indigoflow a small, simple habit in their practice… and they’ve found it makes a big, positive difference.
But you can also use it on a more ad hoc basis. Whenever you feel the need to relax your mind, refocus your creativity or reignite your inspiration Indigoflow will be there for you.
-
Yes! The benefits of Indigoflow have ripple effect. When you feel more relaxed, engaged, inspired, creative and motivated in your art you will naturally feel more relaxed, engaged, inspired, creative and motivated in your life!
Here’s what artist Wendy Sandeman had to say. “I couldn’t sleep last night so thought I would try a quick Guided Meditation. Lying on the couch in the middle of the night, flickering light bouncing off the sea outside … headphones on … it was lovely and it did the trick … back to bed and straight to sleep! So not only does your app motivate and energise, it relaxes and destresses too! Thanks…it’s fabulous!”
Made for artists—by an artist
I’m Caroline Millar, an artist and art coach with a background in psychotherapy.
After an arty start in life, I didn’t pick up a paintbrush for 32 years. So I know what it feels like to doubt yourself and your creativity.
But it is possible to feel confident, motivated and inspired—to love your process and the work you create.
I designed Indigoflow to help you develop this level of rock-steady confidence and heightened creativity.
That doesn’t mean you’ll never feel stuck. But with the Indigoflow at your fingertips, you can release yourself from blocks and get back on track.
Artist Kathleen O’Hanlon wanted to work larger but felt blocked.
‘Then one day, I began several larger paintings, twice as large as anything I’d done up to then.
It wasn’t a question of consciously choosing to be brave and go larger. I simply found that whatever was blocking me was no longer there.
Kudos to the Indigoflow app for shifting my mindset at an unconscious level which allowed me to expand!’
This app has everything you need to believe in yourself as an artist
— Nicola Tremain, artist and film director
Artist and designer Gloria Gelo does her best work when she’s fully present
‘This app helps me get there. It’s more than mindfulness;it’s a focused, creative reset. The tools quiet the noise and bring me back to why I create.
When my mind is open and calm, ideas come alive. This app is now an essential part of my creative process.’
Artist Phillipa Reeve used Indigoflow to get into the right mindset for her solo show
‘The Indigoflow app is awesome. I have been listening to the ‘Release’ Guided Meditation and just adore it.
Already noticing changes. Renewed vigor, insights, and a deeper sense of optimism and peace.’
‘Indigoflow is a joy. I've used meditation and mindfulness for years but not guided and directed towards my creativity. I think it's going to provide the gentle, encouraging support I need to stick to my own path.’
— Lynn Fotheringham
‘Caroline Millar’scalming and authentic voice guides me into deep relaxation, easing my nervous system and filling me with hope and confidence. Each session reminds me that all the creativity and knowledge I need are already within me.’
— Karin Holmström
‘Indigoflow has become an amazingly helpful resource, especially on those days when it feels harder to get into the studio and get going.
I find it gently refocuses my mind and brings me back to a place of clarity and calm.
It’s like having a reset button I can press anytime!’
— Rob Smales
