Over the past few days, you've had a taste of what it feels like to approach your art with a clearer, calmer, more focused mind.

Three recordings. Three different ways to get into your creative flow.

Indigoflow goes deeper — offering ongoing support for the creative realities you face again and again

What's inside Indigoflow

7 GUIDED VISUALISATIONS — Deep, immersive recordings — rooted in the same therapeutic principles as Envision, each one designed to gently shift the unconscious patterns that keep artists overthinking, avoiding or holding back from their work.

  • Including Infuse — the guided visualisation created specifically for artists who have taken Finding Flow. Infuse weaves together all you've learned and helps it shift into something you actually feel as you make your art.

4 BREATHING SPACES — Short guided audio sessions for moments when you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected from your creative self. Inspiring is one of them.

  • Each breathing space comes in 3 different lengths so they are easy to fit into your life.

12 SOUNDSCAPES — Atmospheric audio designed to support focus, presence, and flow while you work. Pebble Beach, Forest Rain, Night Garden, City Summer, Babbling Brook, Bird Song… twelve in total, each plays on a loop.

27 PROMPTS — Simple, reflective invitations to help you reconnect with your practice without pressure or performance.

4 PATHWAYS — Curated collections that support specific creative states — like self-doubt, procrastination, comparison, or momentum.

Created for artists

Indigoflow isn’t a generic wellbeing app.

It was created specifically for artists — by someone who has lived inside both worlds: 15 years as a psychotherapist, and 6 years working as an artist.

So the support here isn’t just about calming the mind.

It’s about shifting the internal experience and beliefs that shape your creative life.

Many artists say they notice things like:

  • less overthinking before they begin

  • fewer spirals of self-doubt mid-process

  • more ease in starting work

  • a softer, more workable inner dialogue

  • a greater sense of returning to themselves in the studio

Little by little, many artists find themselves able to begin more easily, stay with the work longer, and feel less tangled up in their own thoughts.

There’s no fixed way to use Indigoflow.

Some people listen before they start work.

Some use it when they feel stuck.

Some use it while walking, resting, or closing the studio.

It’s designed to meet you where you are — not add another thing you “should” be doing.

Already noticing changes. Renewed vigor, insights, and a deeper sense of optimism and peace.

A wee bit about me

I'm Caroline Millar — artist, art coach, and former therapist, based on a small Scottish island.

I created Indigoflow because I know what it's like to walk into the studio with the best intentions — and walk out an hour later having achieved nothing except an impressive amount of overthinking.

The recordings in Indigoflow aren't generic relaxation tracks. They're grounded in real CBT and hypnotherapy practice — the kind I used with clients for years — adapted specifically for artists.

Because the real work isn't always on the canvas. Sometimes it's in here.
